Bob Barrow's Bearhawk
This is just my collection of aviation related stuff. I'll be adding more to it as a go along. Mostly, I'm using it to document the Bearhawk (formerly RV-7) that Ellen and I are building. For those of you who don't know, a Bearhawk is a kit or plans built airplane. If you're a masochist, you sit down with a stack of plans and start cutting, welding, pressing, forming, cursing etc. If you're like me, you call Bud Davisson at AviPro and buy a quickbuild kit. They have a bunch of options and so far I have nothing but good things to say about the kit quality and support I've gotten.
There are lots of reasons why we choose the Bearhawk in favor of the RV-7. I'll write something up soon and give a little insight on how we finally "took the plunge".
